Charlie's Cheesecakes was founded over 20 years ago by a local family who are longtime family friends.  We purchased the business from them in 2022.  With the support of the previous owners, we found an incredible community of followers, multiple time repeat customers, and fans...and have absolutely loved all of the experiences and interactions that we've had as owners of this business.  We were blessed with this opportunity to take over Charlie's Cheesecakes and continue the legacy of the baton that was transferred to us.

We met at the Broadway Mini Market in Spokane Valley.  We exchanged quick pleasantries where something happened. We fell in love...unbeknownst to us at the time.  We were married in fall of 2022 while already having purchased the business together prior to our engagement.  Solidifying our love was a beautiful thing as we were previously two single individual professionals pursuing our own respective paths in life.  We have nine cats (that's right '9') and love our life here in the beautiful Northwest.
